The original Maison de Ayakashi, or Ayakashi-kan as the residents call it was a sanctuary, a safe home for those of supernatural origin to live in. Its second iteration is no different. A place where the...odd and unwelcome can dwell without fear of being judged or attacked. At least in theory.
Unlike the original building, Ayakashi-kan the Second consists of two main structures rather than one, in order to accommodate more residents. Each building consists of 8 main floors, a basement, a rooftop garden, and a large communal garden surrounds both of them. The garden is rather spacious, and includes a lovely hedge maze that seems to change shape every day! There are also a pair of koi ponds and gazebos.
Floors two through seven of each building have two suites each, with a maximum occupancy of two. The rooms are pretty snazzy, having a kitchenette, personal bathroom, and they even come with their own flatscreen televisions! Free wifi is provided as well. The hallways are decorated with large potted plants and a few old paintings that portray pretty scenery.
The complex itself is set about two miles north of the nearest town. While residents are free to walk or bike there if they wish, there are also transportation and delivery services.
It's also rumored that odd and bizarre things happen around the complex...but surely those who live there are no strangers to those kind of occurrences, right?
Building 1: Shiro
First Floor
The first floor consists of a sort of lobby/communal dining area. There's a kitchen with a small staff that prepares breakfast and dinner for the residents, as well as setting out a tray of snacks for the afternoon. There are both stairs and an elevator that lead to the upper floors.

Eighth Floor
The eighth floor is divided into two parts. The first half is a communal bath! The second is an exercise room, complete with treadmills, exercise bikes, and a few weights. Y'know for those who might want to keep in shape.
Rooftop
Crowning each building is a small rooftop garden. They're not as extravagant as the one surrounding the complexes, but they're a good place to sit back and relax! There are a few benches on which to sit and enjoy the scenery.
Basement
The basement is locked by some sort of magic. Who knows what might be in there?
Building 2: Kuro
-Unlike Shiro, the windows in Kuro are all tinted and do not allow sunlight through.-
